    Amanda Mofina is a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Waterloo. She completed her PhD in Rehabilitation science and MSc in occupational therapy at Queen’s University. Amanda has clinical experience across the care continuum in acute care, inpatient rehabilitation, and complex continuing care settings. Areas of research interest include health care and care transitions, mental health, primary care, community care, health care in correctional services, health care for adults with multiple chronic health conditions, and use of population-level health data.

    Daniel da Cunha Leme graduated in Physiotherapy from Universidade São Francisco (2011); Master's (2017) and Doctorate (2021) in Gerontology from the State University of Campinas, receiving a scholarship from the Coordination for the Improvement of Higher Education Personnel. He is currently a postdoctoral fellow at the University of Waterloo, School of Public Health Sciences (Ontario, Canada). He is interested in the following research topics: chronic diseases and aging, elderly frailty syndrome, quantitative analysis and development of machine learning models to predict health conditions in elderly people with complex needs. He has experience in the area of ​​Physiotherapy with an emphasis on Physiotherapy in Gerontology.
