    Description:

Do you often feel that nothing you do will ever be good enough? Are you hyper-critical of mistakes and have a fear of failure? Do you tend to procrastinate? Are you your harshest critic? Setting high standards and striving to do our best can motivate us to attain goals and achieve peak performance. Perfectionism, however, tends to involve setting unrealistic standards that are nearly impossible to meet. Many see perfectionism as an illusion that leaves many seeking it, unfulfilled, stressed and disappointed in themselves. In this single session workshop, participants will learn how to recognize their perfectionistic thinking, feelings and behaviors and learn tools to help manage their perfectionism, including setting realistic standards and asking for help!
