Its a "RUFF" life- Learn To Speak Dog

    When:
    Thursday, November 2, 2017
    11:00 AM – 12:00 PM
    Where:
    John Deutsch University Centre
    Room: Orr room
    Find on Campus Map
    Description:

Have you ever wanted to know what your dog is thinking? Dogs are masterful communicators with body language and we often misinterpret it, much to the chagrin of dogs everywhere. We'll introduce you to some of the language so you can better understand your dog.

Join Lindsay Hadcock who has been working with dogs for over 20 years after getting her first dog as an engineering student at Queens. Her background runs the gamut from agility to sledding, solving behavioural problems, performing countless temperament evaluations of shelter dogs, and educating the next generation through St Lawrence College's Veterinary Assistant program. She spends the rest of her time running a small farm in Kingston, focusing on learning how to speak goat, pig and chicken.
