Cycle Fit is meant to make you sweat, increase your heart rate and have fun! Perfect for new and advanced riders. Taught by Queens’s employees, offered exclusively to Queen’s employees.
- Note:This class is only open to staff participating in Thrive Week.
- Class Description: Challenge yourself with this great cardio conditioning class! Instructors will lead you through a variety of challenging rides including hills, sprints and team riding all set to great motivating music. Suitable for all levels of riders.
- Location: Cycle Studio, Level 3
- Class Duration: 50-minutes

- All individuals are welcome to attend Group Fitness classes! No experience necessary!
- If you can no longer attend class, please kindly cancel your class reservation. This will open the spot to another individual looking to attend class. To cancel, go to 'Program Registrations' under your Profile & click 'Cancel' under the three blue dots.
