Health Quality Programs is excited to announce the next HQ Journal Club! Join us as we engage in a lively scholarly discussion with Dr. Jennifer Medves, and her selected reading on the 鈥淪ynesis: The Unification of Productivity, Quality, Safety and Reliability鈥�. Participants may be interested in reviewing the short video on YouTube called Beyond Safety II recorded at a conference on August 30th 2020. Dr Hollnagel explains why he does not believe the concept of Safety III provides enough guidance for those involved in quality improvement. He presents the four constructs of productivity, quality, safety and reliability as components of Synesis.
