Description:
The Performance Dialogue Process (PDP) is one of the major tools available to managers to effectively discuss role expectations, performance, behavioural competencies and goals. SMART goals are a powerful tool for effective goal-setting because they provide a clear framework for creating objectives that are achievable and measurable.
The program is being offered only to managers with direct reports. Confirmation that you manage staff will be required upon registration.
