Details: It's well-known that gardening, and even just being around plants, offers numerous health and well-being benefits. Thanks in part to the BeWell Grant, our Biosciences Gardens group members can enjoy these benefits year-round with our indoor and outdoor garden spaces. During the Thrive event, we'll offer participants a tour of these spaces, some helpful plant-growing tips, and a chance to both sow and harvest a selection of herbs and salad greens.

Experience Queen's:

The Experience Queen's Initiatives showcase different places across campus, allowing employees to learn about ³ÉÈË´óƬ in a new setting. This is a chance to provide employees with a tour and/or educational experience to better connect them to the Queen's Campus. Part of our work in Employee Wellness Services is to create opportunities to staff that highlight the four priority focus areas from the campus wellbeing framework. The Experience Queen's initiative will hopefully be a way to highlight places, while also promoting belonging and social connection.
