Failure is Functional! This workshop will help you re-frame how you look at setbacks, challenges, and failure. Growth mindset will be defined and you will find out how it is essential for success in learning and life.
In this workshop you will:
- Examine what kind of mindset you have and how that may affect your approach to learning
- Learn steps to help you expand your attitude and mindset so you can achieve your full potential
- Discuss these ideas and others such as 鈥榳ays to make your brain grow鈥� and 鈥榳hy you need to fail to succeed'
This wellness workshop is for students only. Registration recommended but drop-ins welcome.
