We regularly employ interviews and focus groups in the study of teaching and learning issues. These methods provide an opportunity to explore ideas in depth, to unpack personal insights, and to gather a variety of perspectives. However, the design of these protocols is carefully structured to elicit the information you want to uncover. Please join us to discuss the design of these data collection techniques.
