Thirty years ago, on December 6th, 1989, 14 young women were killed at Ecole Polytechnique due to nothing but their gender.
This service will pay respects to the victims with a rose ceremony, and reflect on the impact this massacre had on women in engineering and STEM fields. All are welcome to join us in the atrium of Beamish Munro Hall on December 6th at 3 pm.
