    Curriculum Commons:Setting the Tone: Strategies for Preparing an Effective Self-Study

    The self-study report is a unique kind of document. It will integrate a wide range of information and perspectives on your program to set the tone of your review. Kick off your CPR with a panel of experts, drawn from support units across campus, who are not only intimately familiar with what content comprises an effective self-study, but who additionally offers strategies and approaches for effective framing and tone.  Panelists include:

    • Jake Kaupp, Assistant Director, Institutional Research and Planning
    • Vanessa Yzaguirre, Equity Advisor, Human Rights & Equity Office
    • Matt Rahimian, Academic Integrity Coordinator, Office of the Provost
    • Lauren Anstey, Educational Developer, Centre for Teaching & Learning
    • Heather McMullen, Associate University Librarian, Queen’s University Library

    The Curriculum Commons is a hub for faculty members, instructors, administration, and support staff related to advancement of curriculum – especially as part of the Queen’s University Quality Assurance Process (QUQAP) and the Cyclical Program Review (CPR) Self-Study process.
