Join us to discover how this practice can enhance your well-being and bring greater calm to your day-to-day life.
Bio: Breanne Queen is a Certified Holistic Nutritionist, Breathwork Facilitator, and Somatic Coach dedicated to empowering individuals to reclaim their health and feel like their best selves. Through transformative breathwork sessions and nutritional guidance, she helps clients alleviate stress, anxiety, burnout, and gut issues. Inspired by her own healing journey, Breanne emphasizes the importance of addressing root causes as well as working with the nervous system for optimal well-being.
