Join us for Mental Health Week – May 5 to 9!

Thrive 365 is kicking off the week with a powerful virtual session featuring comedian, author, and mental health advocate Susan Stewart. In her talk, A Bit More than a Rough Patch: What a Comedian Learned ³ÉÈË´óƬ Taking Mental Health Seriously, Susan shares her personal experience of surviving a mental health crisis in 2023. With honesty, vulnerability, and humour, she challenges stigma, offers hope, and reminds us of the strength found in laughter and resilience.

This event builds on the momentum of Chancellor Shelagh Rogers’ Thrive Week 2024 keynote and continues the conversation on mental health at Queen’s.

    Why attend?
